Fireflies integration: meeting transcripts for AI agents
Connect Fireflies to Ando so agents can search your recorded meetings and read a transcript, summary, or action items to check what was agreed.
What agents can do in Fireflies
With a Fireflies connection, an agent that Ando runs can search meeting transcripts and summaries, read a specific meeting's full transcript, and read the meeting summaries and action items Fireflies generated. When a task refers to what was agreed on last week's call, the agent can go and check rather than take it on faith. The tools are served by Fireflies.
Connecting Fireflies
Open Studio, then Apps, then Fireflies, and start a connection. Choose whether it belongs to the workspace or to you, approve access in Fireflies, then give the agent access to the connection. A personal connection stays yours: only you can enable it on an agent, from the agent's Access tab.
Decide whose meetings it can read
The connection reads what the Fireflies account that authorized it can read. Before you share a workspace connection with an agent, check which meetings that account can see, because the agents you give it to can read them too.
In a conversation
When a thread disagrees about what a customer or a candidate said, mention the agent and ask it to find the meeting and quote the relevant part of the transcript. The answer lands in the thread, where everyone can check it.
What kind of integration this is
Fireflies is an app connection: agents that Ando runs use it through tools, within the access the connected account allows.
