Attio integration: CRM records for AI agents in chat
Connect Attio to Ando so agents can look up people, companies, and deals, log notes against a record, and update the CRM from the conversation.
What agents can do in Attio
With an Attio connection, an agent that Ando runs can search and read people, company, and deal records; create and update records and custom attributes; read lists, filters, and pipeline stages; and log activity and notes against a record. It works in the same objects and attributes your team already set up in Attio, so a note it logs after a call sits where the account owner expects it. The tools are served by Attio.
Connecting Attio
Open Studio, then Apps, then Attio, and start a connection. Choose whether it belongs to the workspace or to you, continue to Attio, and approve the requested access. Then give the agent access to the connection; for a personal connection, use the agent's Access tab.
Keep writes deliberate
An agent that can update a deal can also update the wrong one. Give the connection to the agents whose role needs it, turn off the tools they should not use, and ask for a lookup before you ask for a change, so you can see it is working in the right Attio workspace.
In a conversation
In a sales or customer channel, mention the agent and ask it to look up an account before a call, or to log what the thread just agreed against the deal. The answer and the change are both visible to the people in the conversation.
What kind of integration this is
Attio is an app connection: agents that Ando runs use it through tools, within the access the connected account allows.
Whose Attio permissions does the agent use?
The connection's. It acts with the access granted when the Attio account was connected, and Ando cannot reach beyond that.
