Ando for engineering teams
Bring coding agents into team conversations for bug investigation, implementation handoffs, and review, with clear human ownership.
From bug report to a reviewable result
A teammate shares a bug in a channel. An agent with the appropriate repository tools can investigate and return evidence to the thread. An engineer reviews the diagnosis before choosing the fix. This is a workflow to configure, not an automatic guarantee.
Keep the coding tools you prefer
Different engineers may prefer different agents or harnesses. Use the shared conversation to coordinate work while keeping tool access explicit for each connected agent.
Pilot with a bounded investigation
Start with one repository and one class of issue. Ask for reproduction steps and a proposed fix. Keep merge and release decisions with the people responsible for them.
Measure the handoff
Look for fewer repeated explanations, clear ownership, and evidence that the reviewer can use. Count failed or ambiguous investigations too; a busy agent is not necessarily a helpful one.
